Can I reuse stamps that have already been used but have no marking on them?
I received a piece of mail from a business and it had a 59 cent stamp on it with no markings. I also received one that said non profit and I have received other mail where stamps haven't been marked and look perfectly clear and reuseable. can I use them again? or is this a trick the post office is doing? thanks.

So sorry, but you may not like what I have found -
According to USPO regulation, you are not suppose to reuse stamps even those that miss being canceled by the post office.
I am sure most people (including me) did not know this.
You will find many sites that say it is okay and will tell you how to go about re-using the stamps.
Once the stamp has been in the possession of the USPO, I say leave it be.
The decision is up to you.
